Marcos Lopez
Managing Director
Marcos has been involved with Solium since the company's inception in 1999 and has since led all the application development and system maintenance, and been responsible for all technology-related client relationships. He assumed the role of President of Solium's U.S. subsidiary in 2006, and was the Executive Vice President, Corporate & Business Strategy for the company before assuming the position of Managing Director in 2010. He joined Solium's Board of Directors in 2010.

Before joining Solium, Marcos co-founded Bitonic Solutions Inc., the software company that was responsible for the architecture, development and maintenance of the Shareworks application. Marcos was the President and CEO of Bitonic Solutions Inc. until it was acquired by Solium in 2002.

Marcos has a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Calgary, and, with his business partner at Bitonic Solutions Inc., was awarded the 2001 Young Entrepreneur of the Year award from the Business Development Bank of Canada.

Jennifer Magri
Senior Vice President, Business Operations
Jennifer joined our organization in 1998 as a senior support specialist focusing on Crystal Reports® for our Express Options™ application. Over the past 13 years her role has continually evolved to include at times oversight of all support and service functions including data management, consulting, and application, technical and production support.

Currently, Jennifer has direct oversight of the daily operational tasks for the Shelton, CT office. Her primary focus is on business process improvements and retail account management in order to ensure continued financial health. Prior to joining our organization, Jennifer was employed by Nitsuko America as a billing manager.

Jennifer has participated in the CEP program and has successfully achieved Level 2. She holds a bachelor's degree from Fairfield University and when away from the office is an active participant within several local community organizations.

James Hocking, CEP
Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts
James Hocking joined Solium Transcentive in 2005. As Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts, he is responsible for overseeing the relationships Solium Transcentive has with external brokers, outsource providers and individual issuing companies. In this role he works closely with the Product team to facilitate data availability and transfer among these constituencies.

Prior to joining Solium Transcentive James spent eight years in the healthcare software industry working in both client services and product management.

James earned his CEP designation in 2006 and serves on the Certified Equity Professional Institute Advisory Board. He is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals. He received his BA from Marist College and his MBA from the University of Connecticut.

David Griffin
Vice President, Product and Technology Solutions
David has over 15 years experience in software and application development with the past 8 years in various management roles. He began his career as a customer account coordinator with James River Corporation from where he moved into a dual systems analysis / application configuration role working mainly with SAP.

David then joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he was one of the lead consultants on an enterprise application implementation for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. Prior to joining Transcentive David was a Product Manager with Fitlinxx, a leader in integrated technology solutions that help people to live more active and healthy lifestyles.

David joined Transcentive in 2001 where he has served in many different management roles including application development, quality assurance, systems analysis and most recently product management. David is currently responsible for the oversight of all functions relating to Transcentive Solium's product and technology solutions.

David holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut.

Patricia A. Landry
Vice President, Client Operations
Patricia started with Solium Transcentive Support and Services in December 2005. As the needs of the company have evolved Patricia has taken on additional Operations functions within the Organization. Currently under the Client Operations division is Consulting and Implementation, Data Management, Support Services, and Production Support. Our Client Operations team is responsible for the day to day support and Operations for all software application offerings to our US Self Administration Clients. In addition to the Support of our existing client base we also offer a wide variety of consulting services in the Equity Compensation space. Since our recent acquisition Patricia is spending time in our Calgary office with the Operations division supporting our full outsourced clients in the US and Canada as we continue to integrate our teams. Patricia earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Oswego State University.
