Currently, Joe is based in Connecticut and serves as President of the Computershare Equity Compensation Services division, which consists of Plan Managers, Transcentive and Executive Services.
Joe holds a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University.
Jennifer Magri
Senior Vice President, Operations
Jennifer joined our organization in 1998 as a senior support specialist focusing on Crystal Reports® for our Express Options™ application. Over the past 12 years her role has continually expanded to include at times oversight of all support and service functions including data management, consulting, and application, technical and production support. She was also instrumental in the founding of our financial reporting resources group in 2006.
Currently, Jennifer has direct oversight of the daily operational tasks for both Transcentive and Computershare Executive Services. Her primary focus is on business process improvements in order to ensure continued financial health. Also falling under her domain is senior level oversight of Product Management for all Transcentive and CES offerings. Prior to joining our organization, Jennifer was employed by Nitsuko America as a billing manager.
Jennifer has participated in the CEP program and has successfully achieved Level 2. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University and when away from the office holds leadership roles within several local community organizations.
Patricia Brown, CEP
Vice President, Product Management
Patricia is responsible for the overall direction of the all Product Solutions for Transcentive. Including, the Equity Suite which encompasses the Express Options, Express Stock Purchase and Express Desktop applications. Patricia has over 20 years of experience in Equity Compensation. Prior to joining Transcentive, Patricia was the Director of Stock Programs for a large public healthcare company, where she was responsible for all aspects of the companyís equity compensation programs. In 2001, she joined the Transcentive Outsourcing group, now Computershare Plans Managers, as account manager responsible for administrator training and relationship management duties for a broad array of clients. Patricia also served as a member of the Financial Reporting Resources Center at Computershare where she assisted clients with using Computershareís applications to meet their financial reporting needs. Recently Patricia was a member of the technical oversight board for the CEP Institutesí GPS Restricted Stock and Restricted Stock Units. Patricia earned her B.S in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University.
Patricia has been a speaker at the NASPP Annual Conference and Transcentiveís The Source Conference on administrative and other topics. Patricia earned her CEP designation in 2006 and is a member of both NASPP and the CEPI Technical Oversight Board.
Mary Kelly
Vice President, Sales
Mary has worked in the securities industry for more than 20 years, with experience in operations, compliance, product management, relationship management, business implementation and customer service.
Before joining Computershare in 2000, Mary was a consultant to Harris Bank, responsible for the system conversion of more than five million shareholders in their stock transfer division. Also as a consultant, she began managing the operations team responsible for one of the largest employee plans administered by the bank. Prior to her consulting career, Mary worked for First Chicago in corporate trust, operations and compliance.
Mary is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals. She received her BA from Aurora University and her MBA from DePaul University. She also holds Series 7, 63 and 24 Securities Licenses and is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 1.
Lori Drenkhahn
Vice President, Implementation Services
Lori joined Transcentive in 1999, when the company was known as Corporate Management Solutions (CMS). Lori served as a Senior Business Solutions Consultant for most of those years, but has served in many technical and client-facing roles with Transcentive, including extensive data conversion experience, SQL scripts and data manipulation projects, custom programming, outsourcing services and process documentation. Lori has extensive knowledge and has worked with many of our clients in the areas Crystal Reports development, data management, and upgrade services
over the years. She is an internal technical expert for the Equity Suite, including Express Options, Express Stock Purchase, Share Tracking and Express Desktop. Currently, Lori oversees our Implementation Services Team.
Lori has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University.
James Hocking, CEP
Vice President, Client Services
James Hocking joined Computershare in 2005. As Vice President of Client Services, he is responsible for overseeing the relationships Transcentive and Computershare Executive Services (formerly Restricted Stock Systems, Inc.) has with external brokers, outsource providers and individual issuing companies. In this role he works closely with the product team to facilitate data availability and transfer among these constituencies.
Prior to joining Computershare, James spent eight years in the healthcare software industry working in both client services and product management.
James earned his CEP designation in 2006 and serves on the Certified Equity Professional Institute Advisory Board. He is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals. He received his B.A. from Marist College and is currently enrolled in the University of Connecticut's MBA program.
