Cancellation, Substitution,
Rescheduling and No Show Policy:
With the exception of "Online Anytime Learning" subscription courses, fees
for courses are fully refundable if written notification to withdraw is received
5 or more business days prior to the scheduled session. Requests for class
substitutions or rescheduling must be received 5 business days prior to the
scheduled class and will require rescheduling within six months to avoid
forfeiture of course fees. "No shows" will be billed for the entire course fee.
Please email written notification for cancellations, substitutions, or rescheduling
by the deadline and indicate "cancellation, substitution, or reschedule" in the
subject line and send to: #USCTSHCEducation@computershare.com. To submit a complaint or
request a refund, please email: #USCTSHCEducation@computershare.com.
Refund or Complaint Resolution Procedure: For more information regarding
administrative procedures such as submitting a complaint or
requesting a refund, please contact the Manager of Education Services at
#USCTSHCEducation@computershare.com or (203) 944-7300, extension 256.
Course Registration Agreement:
All content presented in Classroom, Online Classroom, and Online Anytime
Learning courses is the exclusive property of Computershare. The material
may not be copied, modified, republished, transmitted, or distributed in
any form without prior written permission from Computershare, except solely
in connection with an individual's participation in the Online class.
We reserve the right to cancel a course at any time. If we cancel a course,
we will give you the choice of registering for the next course date or
receiving a refund for the full course fee.
Online Seminar Courses Permission
I agree to be contacted by email in connection with my interest in the subject
matter of the Online session.
This registration is for one person only. If additional people attend this class who
have not registered, each person will be charged half the course fee.
